All Atelier Ana orders aim to be shipped within 2-3 working days.

UK standard eco-packaging and shipping is £3.80 and we send by Royal Mail. It is free on orders over £45.

There are also options at checkout for courier services, such as Evri.

We send packages in 'large letter'-sized recycled boxes, rather than parcels, to ensure they have as small a footprint on the environment as possible.

If more than one earring pair is purchased without adding the 'gift' option, they will all be shipped together in one branded package to cut waste and tread as lightly as possible on our planet.

We do not currently ship outside the UK but we hope this is something we can set up in future.
