::: Returns Policy :::

We hope you love your Atelier Ana order and we treasure our customers, but if it's not quite right you can return it within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is unworn and undamaged and in the original packaging. 

::: To make a return :::

• Please email anna@atelier-ana.co.uk and inform me you wish to make a return. I will then send you the details of where to send the return.

• Please send the return with Royal Mail 'signed for'.

• Please include your original email order confirmation, with your name and order number to help us process your return as quickly as possible. 

• Once the return is received by Atelier Ana, we will check the item/s to make sure it hasn’t been worn and is not damaged. Once we are satisfied of both, we will refund the price you paid for the item/s. 

• Any paid delivery charge you selected on the original order is non-refundable. 

• We endeavour to process all exchanges within 7 working days of receipt of the return. 

• If you are returning a product to us because it is incorrect, we will only refund your return postage costs if the item is wrong through an error on our part (or the part of a supplier) and not if the product was incorrectly ordered. 

• If we determine that you are due a refund for return postage, we will only refund postage up to the level of the Royal Mail 'signed for' service. Therefore please do not use Next Day Delivery to return your item. 

• This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
